Hi guys, good to have you back. So you want to buy a new phone and your main interest is good quality photos and videos. This post will be in two parts. The first is more of an overview and the second will be a review of the top 5 mobile phones for videos and photography, price inclusive. So, here we go.

In today's world, a smartphone is not just a device for making calls and sending texts. It has become an all-in-one tool for communication, entertainment, and even photography. With the advancements in camera technology, the camera on a smartphone has become a deciding factor for many when purchasing a new phone. Choosing a good camera phone can be overwhelming, but with a few key factors in mind, you can ensure that you make the right choice.

1. Megapixels: While it's true that higher megapixels can lead to better image quality, it's not the only factor to consider. Look for a camera phone with a balance of megapixels and other features such as image stabilization, aperture size, and sensor size.

2. Aperture size: A larger aperture size means more light can enter the camera, resulting in better low-light performance. Look for a camera phone with a lower f-stop number, such as f/1.8 or f/2.0.

3. Optical Image Stabilization (OIS): OIS helps reduce blurriness in images caused by shaky hands. If you plan on taking a lot of photos or videos, look for a camera phone with OIS.

4. Camera software: A good camera phone should have software that is easy to use, with features such as manual controls, portrait mode, and night mode.

5. Battery life: A powerful camera can drain your phone's battery quickly. Look for a camera phone with a long-lasting battery (at least 4500mah), or consider getting a portable battery pack.

In conclusion, choosing a good camera phone involves balancing various factors such as megapixels, aperture size, OIS, camera software, battery life, and price. All these info about the specs are online. Do your research, compare models, and consider your personal preferences and needs to make an informed decision. With the right camera phone, you can capture and cherish memories for years to come.

Watch out for part two.

Thanks

Hi guys, we are back 😉! So my friend Oiza (one lady with a brilliant curious mind) had asked how she can start her own blog; as its something she has always wanted to do. We had a quick chat and decided to make 2 blog post out of it. Here is the part one.

Starting your own blog can be a great way to express your ideas, share your experiences, and connect with people who share your interests. Whether you want to start a personal blog or a blog for your business, the process of creating a blog is easier than ever. In this blog post, we'll walk you through the steps of how to start your own blog.

Step 1: Choose your blogging platform

There are several blogging platforms to choose from, including WordPress, Blogger, Squarespace, and Wix. WordPress and Blogger are two of the most popular options, and both are free to use. WordPress is more flexible and customizable, while Blogger is simpler and more user-friendly. Consider your needs and preferences to choose the best platform for you.

Step 2: Choose a domain name and hosting

A domain name is the web address of your blog, like www.yourblogname.com. You can decide to stick with the free domain name which comes with the extention of the blogging platform you chose in 'Step 1' or you can purchase a domain name through a domain registrar like GoDaddy or Namecheap. For me, I am sticking with .blogspot for now.

Step 3: Customize your blog's design

Once you are done with the name and address, then you can now start customising from the backend. This is also called the dashboard. Trust me it is super easy and you do not need tech experience for it. Once at the backend, choose a template or theme for your blog and customize it to reflect your brand or personality. You can also add plugins or widgets to enhance your blog's functionality and make it more user-friendly.

Step 4: Create content

This is the most important part for me. Start creating content for your blog. Consider your audience and what topics they might be interested in. You can write about personal experiences, share tips or advice, review products, or discuss industry news. Don't forget to include images or videos to make your posts more engaging. Remember, consistency is key.

Step 5: Promote your blog

Share your blog posts on social media and other relevant platforms to reach a wider audience. Engage with your readers by responding to comments and creating a sense of community around your blog. You know say we dey try for this one but still help spread the word on Media Techie Blog I dey beg. My helper fit dey your timeline.

The part 2 of this post will narrow down to the steps of starting a blog with blogger or wordpress. Starting a blog can be a fun and rewarding experience (especially when its big enough to attract the benjamins).
